Welcome to the Manchester Community School District! We look forward to enrolling your child as a student with us. During the school year, enrollment occurs at our school buildings. During the summer months, and during other school vacation periods, you may pick up and return enrollment materials at our Central Office which is located in the Ackerson Building, located at 410 City Road.

ENROLLMENT CHECKLIST FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS - This list provides you information regarding the forms and paperwork necessary for enrollment.
MCS REGISTRATION AND EMERGENCY FORM - This is the basic enrollment form that needs to be completed for all students.
SCHOOL OF CHOICE FORM- This form needs to be completed by non-resident students who are enrolling. Manchester Community Schools accepts non-resident students from Washtenaw County and counties that border Washtenaw County including Jackson and Lenawee Counties.
IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS- This document explains the state of Michigan Immunization requirements for school settings. When enrolling a student, please bring an up to date immunization record documenting that these requirements have been met. A parent or guardian wishing to exempt his or her child from a particular vaccination must provide a written statement indicating the religious or philosophical objections to the vaccination(s). An immunization waiver form is included among the documents available below. For additional state of Michigan immunization information click on the link provided below.
RECORD REQUEST - A signed copy of this form is necessary for us to send to your child's former school in order to obtain records from that school.
NEW STUDENT TRANSPORTATION FORM - This form allows us to assign your student to a bus stop and route, where such is available to them.
FERPA NOTICE: This form provides information about the rights of families and students under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). It only needs to be completed by families who want to exercise their rights to opt-out of the release of directory information.
THE FREE AND REDUCED PARENT LETTER AND FREE AND REDUCED APPLICATION - The form is the application for families to receive free and reduced cost meals for students at school. We encourage all families to review this information and strongly encourage families who may be eligible to complete the application.
NEW STUDENT TRANSFER FORM FOR MHSAA - This is a form for high school students only, and completing it provides the information necessary to determine eligibility for competition under the rules of the Michigan High School Athletic Association.
